Relationships are at the core of my business philosophy. Establishing my commitment to trust with both my clients and my colleagues means success in all aspects of my transactions.
Honesty is two fold. On one hand, it means fully informing my buyers during the home search and escrow period. Honesty also means creating realistic goals for the market, not making promises I cannot keep and above all delivering on the promises I make.
With so many moving parts, real estate transactions can be muddled and confusing. My commitment to communication means smooth, informed, and stress free transactions.
YEARS IN THE INDUSTRY
RANKED REAL ESTATE COMPANY IN THE WORLD
As a prospective first time homebuyer I knew just about nothing about real estate and mortgages before meeting Mitch Asa. During my first meeting with Mitch he not only helped me learn about the home buying process but he also took the time to really understand the type of home I was looking for. Mitch then referred me to Orlando at SDCCU who educated me on the procedure of getting pre-approved. Orlando also took the time to explain the process to me in detail and kept in contact through out the weeks following to check in to see if I had any questions. The knowledge Mitch gave to me during our initial meetings helped me make the decision to move forward and find a perfect first home. I knew that the only way I would be able to find the right home was to have Mitch on my team. Within only two months of these initial meetings I was in escrow with a home I could finally call mine. Mitch gave 100% of his effort to help me overcome all the obstacles that I encountered during the process while Orlando handled my finances amazingly considering my escrow period was shorter than 30 days. At 25 years old I can proudly say that I am a homeowner and it was only possible because I was so lucky to find such a hardworking and dedicated team. Mitch not only helped me fulfill my dream of owning a home, but still continued to offer his friendship and professional help even after closing escrow.
