Mitch Asa

REAL ESTATE COACH, REALTOR®, FRIEND

It didn’t take long into his career for Mitch to realize that having a career in  real estate was not just about listing and selling homes. It was more than that. It was about a person or a family wanting to make one of, if not THE greatest investment of their lives. And so Mitch invests his time, experience and knowledge into every client so much, that most have no trouble calling Mitch their Friend!

Mitch began his career 13 years ago with his own family. He is a 3rd generation Realtor, and started humbly as an assistant for two of his biggest influences to date…. his Mom and his brother. The three of them grew to be a great team in Orlando, FL and would dominate their market for years to come.  Both of whom currently have astounding real estate careers, would each subtly influence Mitch with their own prospective styles. His mother’s caring attitude for her clients and his brother’s aggressive negotiating skills would influence Mitch into the hybrid agent that he is today. Family is a big theme in his business, so you may hear about family often.

When Mitch decided to break away from the family team in 2007, he could think of only one place to get his career started, Southern California, his home. More specifically, “America’s Finest City” San Diego. Now we did mention this move happened in 2007. Not the best time to pack your bags, head out West and start selling homes. However, being a student of the market and knowing where the market was headed at the time, Mitch found himself being recruited by some of the top Brokers in San Diego, to come help with their short sale and foreclosure departments. In that time he would help facilitate over 500 real estate transactions and evaluate over 1,500 home values. This is where Mitch gained his vast knowledge and understanding of the San Diego markets better than anyone, being called by some  the “Wiz Kid” of home values.

Fast forward to today… Mitch now is running his own team, while  still assisting clients with their dream of owning a  home, and making friends all at the same time. Witnessing his his dedication and relentless work ethic for his clients, the leadership in his office have promoted  him to be the Productivity Coach at the Keller Williams La Jolla Market Center. In his role, he mentors new agents and coaches seasoned agents with their prospective businesses. He utilizes the same training courses and accountability tools which Keller Williams Realty provided him to propel his career.

It’s About You

“To me, real estate is just not about liking your house, but finding the right community and home you are passionate about”

Integrity

I approach all my clients as I would my own friend or family, making sure I always do right by them.

Family

It’s what drives us to do what we do. Whether it’s your spouse, kids, parents, or dog, family always comes first.

Community

Yes it means a group of people living in the same area, but more than that it means a feeling of fellowship with others, as a result of sharing common attitudes, interests, and goals.

Character

This one I always borrow…. “Be more concerned with your character than with your reputation. Your character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely what others think you are.” – John Wooden

Teamwork

No one is an island. It's simple: together we achieve more.

Relationships

Maybe it’s an old colleague, another agent, a friend, a boss or a vendor, I never burn a bridge and maintain healthy, positive relationships.

Technology

Technology won’t replace Real Estate Agents. But Real Estate Agents who use technology, will probably replace the agents who don’t.

Knowledge

This business never stays the same, so why should we? I learn something new everyday, because my mind is open.

Service

To be of service is taking our preoccupation with ourselves and turning our focus outward towards others. Coming from a place of contribution.

We’re Second to None

Years of experience combined with a commitment to education mean you get top notch service, every time.

I believe in utmost professionalism to facilitate smooth and even fun real estate experiences. I am committed to fully understanding my clients needs thereby setting realistic goals and always keeping my promises. My commitment to communication insures clarity throughout any transaction.
